Skiing in Borovets
Borovets provides excellent ski equipment and facilities for ski sports and this is the reason why so many people both from Bulgaria and abroad visit the resort. Borovets ski runs are grouped in three regions: Sitnyakovo, Markudzhik and Yastrebets. The cumulative length of all three ski runs in Borovets is 45 km. Ski runs in Borovets offer different length and difficulty so that they suit any ski-lover, from beginner to professional. There are 14 cannons for artificial snow to guarantee the snow cover throughout the season if necessary.Borovets ski centre is serviced by well organized lift system.

Lessons may be individual or in a group, according to personal preference.
There is a ski kindergarten for children aged 4 to 8 and a nursery for children 1 to 4 years of age. Any kind of ski and snowboard equipment is available for rent. The ski service stations take care of any kind of technical problems you may meet. Ski patrol is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Prices for adults and children to hire ski and poles are respectively 45 EUR (35 EUR) for 6 days and 90 EUR (70 EUR) for 13 days. For full ski package (including full ski equipment, lift pass, 4 hours daily tuition and ski evening) prices are 220 EUR for 6 days for adults and 150 EUR for children. The full ski package for 13 days will cost 430 EUR for adults and 300 EUR for children.
